How to Use – Step by Step

Surface prep — Clean and degloss leather according to the LeTech system; prime if required.
Mixing — Add Leather Cross Linker X into one PU component at a time (Primer / Colourant / Top Coat); stir until fully homogeneous. Exact percentage: requires verification (use official TDS).
Application — Apply the host product in thin, even coats (spray or sponge) with adequate flash time and airflow.
Thermal assist — Use warm air between coats to accelerate crosslinking and develop final film properties. Time/temperature: requires verification.
Pot life — Mix small batches; use within recommended pot life. Value: requires verification.
Testing — Perform adhesion and rub tests on an inconspicuous area before full-scale work.
