How to Use – Step by Step

Select Source Area — Choose a clean, intact zone that best represents the original grain. Degrease thoroughly.
Setup — Insert the 50 ml cartridge into a dispensing gun, attach a static mixing nozzle, and purge a small bead to ensure uniform 1:1 mixing.
Create the Mold (“Grain Pillow”) — Dispense a thin, even layer over the source area; use release film if required. Allow to cure until fully elastic and dimensionally stable (timing/temperature: requires verification in TDS).
Prepare Repair Area — Stabilise fibres (Binder if needed). Rebuild volume with Leather Heavy/Light Filler or Vinyl & Leather Weld; level and clean.
Transfer Texture — Press the cured mold onto the repaired zone per TDS (method, pressure, optional gentle heat).
Finish System — Prime if needed, recolour with Leather Colourant, then protect with Leather Top Coat.
After Use — Remove and dispose of the used nozzle; store cartridge with cap. Replace nozzle for the next session.
